Shared Ownership, Shared Future
We've carved out a Community Capital allocation, a pool of equity reserved exclusively for our earliest supporters. Just as companies set aside stock options for employees, we've created space for you.
As a member, you can earn real equity in Ubundi through your actions: adopting and using our products, sharing feedback on prototypes, contributing to our open source projects, or referring others to the studio. Every action that strengthens Ubundi strengthens your own stake in it.
This equity program is time limited. Community rewards will only be issued during the first two years, or until our next raise, whichever comes first. When that moment comes, every community member will be fully vested, and we'll distribute all of the equity in the pool pro rata based on rewards earned until that stage.
Shaping How We Reward
Early members won't just earn equity, you'll help decide how equity is earned. You'll vote on which actions matter most, and how rewards should be structured. In other words, you won't just be part of Ubundi's story; you'll co-author the rules of engagement.
